Anyone who has Southeast Bank Current, Savings and Short Notice Deposit Accounts can avail VISA Dual Currency Debit Card. User must be 18 years or older to avail full Travel Quota limit.

Your card must be endorsed in your passport against the travel quota for usage abroad. Travel QUOTA Entitlement is subject to change in accordance with the amendment in Foreign Exchange Policy of Bangladesh Bank. The endorsement amount only defines the maximum amount you can use against this card but the corresponding account need not have the available balance at the time of endorsement. The balance has to be present only during execution of transaction. Before performing international transactions, customer is required to endorse his/her passport against Travel Quota Entitlement and active foreign part portion of the Dual Currency VISA Debit Card.

With Duel Currency VISA Debit Card you can now withdraw cash from any VISA Branded ATM and purchase products at Point of Sales (POS) terminals throughout the world. Southeast Bank Visa Duel Currency Debit Card provides you instant access to your local account whenever you wish to make any purchase or withdrawal against your travel quota anywhere in the world. To use the card abroad, endorse your passport at any Southeast Bank Branch.
